    MEMBER'S (BUYER'S) RIGHT TO CANCEL You may cancel your Enrollment Agreement (“Contract”) for any reason at any time however, a $50 fee will be charged to cancel your enrollment agreement and you must give us 30 days’ notice before the agreement can end. You must send written notice stating that you wish to cancel your membership, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Cheer Zone Athletics, Inc. (“Cheer Zone Athletics”) OR you may fill out a 30 day notice form in retail to submit to start your 30 days before canceling. If you cancel, any down payment or initial fee you may have paid may not be refundable, and Cheer Zone Athletics may be entitled to a portion of the total agreement price. Employees or agents Cheer Zone Athletics cannot be held responsible for any memberships or any tuition paid. Cheer Zone Athletics does not offer refunds for tuition already paid. This includes any down payments or tuition. Cheer Zone Athletics will however, freeze a membership, allow it to be transferred to another individual, give it back in the form of a gift certificate or issue it as a future store credit.
